Favorite things to eat #1

I'm not a great cook and ill be the first to admit that but occasionally ill stumble across a great recipe or food item and i thought what better place to share it than here.

Every morning for the past few weeks Ive been having this banana and peanut butter smoothie, and I'm absolutely addicted. Ive never really been a breakfast person so this is a great way for me to get something (other than coffee) in my belly. Its quick and tastes delicious.

All i do is throw 6 cubes of ice, 1 chopped banana, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 table spoons of milo and a cup of lite milk in the blender. 
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
